John D. Whittington, MemberWith more than 20 years of experience, John Whittington concentrates in personal injury law, civil litigation and workers' compensation law. Drawing on experience representing insurance company clients, he co-founded Curran & Whittington in 1987. In addition to being a principal of the firm, he is a commissioner in chancery for the Prince William County Circuit Court. Sarah Ayers, ParalegalSarah Ayers joined Curran & Whittington in July 2003 as a legal assistant/paralegal to John D. Whittington. Her duties include drafting pleadings, interviewing witnesses, preparing discovery materials, medical record review, trial preparation and coordinating Mr. Whittington’s schedule. Sarah has worked as a legal assistant since 1989 in several states, including New York and Florida. Prior to joining Curran & Whittington, Sarah spent six years in the legal department of an insurance defense firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Kristine Koethe, ParalegalKristine Koethe joined Curran & Whittington in June 2008 as a legal assistant/paralegal to Joseph F. Curran. Prior to joining Curran & Whittington, Kristine spent ten years as a paralegal for a local construction litigation firm. Kristine resides in Prince William County with her husband and two dogs. |
